How can I get out of Jury Duty????

You shouldnt want to.. it is a new experience, you get out of work, you will be compensated, your employer cannot terminate you or hold it against you, you will get to play detective work in figuring out a mystery case and you will get to be stimulated intellectually and feel good that you are doingn your civic duty.  If all of that does not appeal to you, there is a standardized form you complete to ask to be excused and submit to the Court where the Judge will have the final decision to excuse you or not. Well i think you should be happy to do it but that isnt what you asked. If you go there for that pre screening and pretend to be biased say racist torwards one culture (especially if it has to do with say black crime) or actually know the law and demand innocent until provent guilty. They dont want people who can think for themselves.
