How can I get out of my apartment Lease?

I live in a 2bedroom/2bad apartment in orlando FL. I pay 200 less then all the tenants because I put a large deposit. Anyhow, The New Office Manager is nice but she seems like she does not do her job. My Lease Promises me pest control monthly and people to fix my a/c.

-the pest control guy came only once in a 6 month period.(I work nights)

- My House is swarmed with ants in all areas of my apartment.

- I have killed two large tree spiders in my bedroom. ( I have one saved)

-when I moved in my apartment was not ready and there was damages.

-I painted my own walls when I moved in.

-there was a small flood due to heavy rain that damaged my bed ( I have a low bed like in Ikea)

- My fridge does not stay cold and they make excuse to give me a new one.

-they say they send people but they dont!

I know part of the reason they will not service me is because I pay 200 dollars less then some tenants.

You can get out of your lease for gunshots.  A judge will end your lease immediately if you have proof of gunfire.  Otherwise, you have to stay. /

Paying less doesn't mean less service ( By-Law). You need to just be polite and ask them to resolve the issue or you need to contact a lawyer.

You can study the landlord laws online for your state and see if there is some law you can quote to them to resolve the issue. Otherwise just because you pay less it would be discrimination to treat you as a lesser tenant.

you need  to write all of your troubles on paper and take pictures and have all witnessed..----maybe a judge would agree it is uninhabitable
