  1. Try this, : next time you see you , take 3 deep breath and tell yourself you like them. While you breath in slowly knock three time on the side of you eye slowly ( more like a tap) ,then on the upper lip between you nose and lip. then knock three times on you colorbone and all the while tell yourself: I'm not afraid and see what happens. But don't forget the three deep breath slowly in and slowly out on the beginning. You might not be so afraid after that anymore.

    Good Luck

  2. You have to be rational about it.     Next time you see a bug, stop and stare at the bug and ponder it's existence while it does what it does(totally oblivious to you).   What does that bug see?  What is it doing?  Why?   Is it going somewhere in particular?  How is it hanging onto the glass(as you most likely found a fly on the window)  How does it hang upsidedown.?

Up to this point, you will note that the bug has not gone for the "blood in your neck".

There is a quadzillion bugs out there and they will out survive us.

If it wasn't for bugs, we probably wouldn't be here.   Now that you have tired of the bug you can squish 'em.   "Seee  you are bigger."

  3. Entomophobia is the proper term.   Of course it all depends on the particular Bug in question.  Be very afraid if there is something like a red centipede in your shoe,  or a Japanese Wasp hive ,or mutant Black widows web in your closet.   So your insect fear can come in handy at times , but it can hinder you from doing things in life like getting a good nights sleep , going hiking,  planting fruits and vegetables,.... .  There are a  Ton of erroneous, fraudulent websites out here like the ones about the Camel Spider.. and the Japanese wasp for that matter .

  4. Anything with more than 4 legs is just wrong!

  5. I have the exact same problem!

If you find them gross, try finding some information about them through reference or observations. You might find them totally cool. If you're afraid of them biting you, I can't help you cause thats my fear!
