How can I get over my fear of doing a back walkover in gymnastics/cheer?

I'm trying to teach myself to do a bridge walkover first but I've only actually done it three times after two days of practice.. I just get so scared!! Plus I use elevation under my feet to make it even easier and I still can't do it. How do I do this without getting scared? I tried doing a proper back walkover (which starts from a standing position) but I got scared at the last second and fell right on my head. lol. help?

  1. its hard at first, but i found it really easy to do on my trampoline

    idk why, but after a few times, i could do it on the ground :]
