How can I get people to show up to the largest tailgate/rally in support of the ZEV on 7/4/2008?

We're building a human chain to fight against Global Warming.

We are lining up on the following Interstates

I-5,I-15, I-25, I-35, I-55, I-75, I-95, I-90, I-94, I-80, I-40, and I-10.

Don't let big businesses fool you. This is AMERICA and one thing we do well is INVENT things.

There are numerous energy saving and pollution saving ideas available that could be put in to place RIGHT NOW. Businesses are stalling and we're not going to take it anymore.

So now that we know "WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR", we're heading to the highways to say BRING BACK The Eletric Car, and comply with California's Zero Emissons Mandate of 1990!!

Just think, things could've changed almost 10 years ago.

It doesn't take that long to change.

SO PLEASE TELL ME WAYS TO REACH LARGE GROUPS WITHOUT JOINING THEM ALL,& ALL THESE PROFILE SEARCHES TO DEAD EMAILS. thanks

Advertise...Create a MySpace account and bot-add tons of people as friends, then post a bulletin...Craigslist community events as well...Those are all free.

This makes even less sense than the Live Earth concert, where people generated megatons of greenhouse gases to get to the nearest venue.  Here they'll do the same but won't even get to hear a concert but merely hold hands with some other sucker who thinks atmospheric greenhouse gases are going to be reduced by silly symbolic gestures.

Every commander of troops knows that victory goes to those who can plant cells of dedicated troops within the other's army and then destroy it from within.

How do you think Rome was conquered? From within.

You can not "reach" what you don't belong to. So go join all these groups and begin building cells of people who espouse your ideas then set them on their course and go to the next group and repeat the same process.

Sorry, but the Electric Car is just a dead end, unless we can convert to Nuclear, Wind, and Solar. The Electric Car looses on all fronts - Economic and Pollution.

Diesel cars with Turbo Chargers will beat out both Hybrids and Electric cars in any honest analysis that includes all costs, and the entire energy chain and environmental impact.

Electric Cars are particularly bad because they just move your California pollution over to Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada where all your new fossil power plants are. Check it out. Study and learn.
