How can I get pepper spray out of the air in my apartment?

A bottle of pepper spray or mace ruptured outside my apartment, and now, in my apartment its irritating my eyes and I'm coughing quite a bit. I opened the windows and turned on the vent on my air conditioner. Is there any way to neutralize or do I just have to wait for it to dissipate?

Open all the windows and turn on the fans, That's all you can do.

I would get a window fan and put it on reverse (or just stick it in the window backwards). In the mean time, sounds like you should get some fresh air.
