It depends upon what kind of phone you have.

Some phones usually include USB cable that you attach to your computer. If you did not get one then i suggest you look into getting one.

OR you must get a cable and software with your phone.

Connect your phone to your pc, and go to "my computer", It will show your phone in a different drive or in something like"Removable disk". Go inside the phone's folder, start copying your pictures and videos and paste it to your computer.

Send the photo to your email, if you have picture mail it should work or you can add that package at your cingular store for around five dollars..

hey man just get ur cell phone plug put that plug on ur cell phone and through your pc then send them inn if not if u have one of those razar phone just plus ur usb cabels in and do it if not then send a email if u still can't do that then get ur phone cable thats the best thing or borrow from some one if they have the same phone as you and they might have a cable

and if u have these go to ur my computer then click ur phone or removobal disk then click on the folder there u got ur pics or wat ever allright need any help just put the question inn
