How can I get pictures on my computer?

Without putting them in a folder?

ex) I save pics from the internet and they just show up on my pictures but from my camera they are input in a certain floder? Why?How do I put it out of folders

move em onto your desktop if you dont want em in folders,  but thats gonna get really cluttered after a while.
