  1. Squat your *** off.  Do lots of squats and you'll see yourself jump higher.  Also, just practice jumping.


  2. Pick a really good donut.  Grasp it firmly, but not too firmly between your thumb and index finger.  Carefully.... CAREFULLY mind you, lower it partially into a nice hot cup of coffee.

  3. do sit ups too... if you've noticed, all good dunkers have friggin fab abs. thats where you get your strength aside from your legs

  4. do squats but dont do the squats with weights on your should it will stunt your growth

  5. Keep practicing until you can dunk.

  6. can u write more like u wanna jump higer or wat ...
