I'm starting A-levels soon and I want to go back motivated and ready to work! I've been sleeping late for the past 2 months or so, how do I get back into a good routine? I haven't done much exercise nor have I been eating as well as I should be.... I've just been worrying about starting A-levels and haven't I really prepared myself. I'm taking very vigorous subjects so I need to be fully on the ball, because I won't be wasting time - i'll be doing as much work as I can and I want to be ready for this.What can I do to get back into the routine?
