I'm starting A-levels soon and I want to go back motivated and ready to work! I've been sleeping late for the past 2 months or so, how do I get back into a good routine? I haven't done much exercise nor have I been eating as well as I should be.... I've just been worrying about starting A-levels and haven't I really prepared myself. I'm taking very vigorous subjects so I need to be fully on the ball, because I won't be wasting time - i'll be doing as much work as I can and I want to be ready for this.

What can I do to get back into the routine?

  1. Im starting my second year! WAHEY!!

I only did one A-level and that was only cause it was part of my national diploma course (art).

for me im just going to set my alarm clock to 7:00 am before the first day back. that'll do it nicely. but when im 18 in october ill probably get wasted every night! lol

  2. Start going to bed earlier. For me this is about 11. (Just for the moment 10 when I start back at college). And I've been getting up at  8 (Although, again, when I go back to college it will be 7).

This helps because I was laying in until about 12 midday at the start of the holidays and staying up till 2 on the computer at night!

I had to sort myself out and I'm more energised now. I still don't want to go back though. XD
