How can I get recognized?

Question

OK I'm 13 years old and i live in north carolina. I have a great singing voice and I also am a great actor I take dance, and I play the piano. I know its a huge process to become famous and i would possibly need to move to LA and all that but please let me know step by step how to become famous. with these talents. oh btw: i do poetry

please help me! i have always dreamed of this my whole life. either that or a pediatrician but id rather be famous

ok so im not trying to be rude but, like i say to all other people, it dosnt matter if you have talent, but, you have to have "the look" and its not that easy to become a star, millions of people just like you, want and are trying to become stars, so there is no guarentee, but, get an agent, do talent shows, and if you try hard enough, and work hard enough, you will become famous.

the best thing probably would be to move to cali

but if your family doesnt support it then the best thing

would be to take drama classes, try to be in plays.

continue singing and dancing and piano.

scouts love people who have many talents!

trust me i want this as much as you,

well what you can do if you want to be a singer is... write your own song and get a recording contract at a studio. go to auditions for singing on TV who knows you might get lucky. stay positive.

acting is pretty easy, go to auditions there are tons that you can audition for to be discovered on tv.

i hope my mom sees that i really want this too. she never really cares.

First you cut off all of your hair and run around your neighborhood five times. Then click your heels twice.

There's no guide to becoming famous. You just put yourself out there and maybe you'll get discovered.

If we knew how exactly to become famous, I'd be swimming in bills right now.

What most kids do around here is enroll in a performing arts center and perform in local shows. Then if things are still going well and it still seems like you've got talent, then what the kids do is travel to a bigger city to get an agent. You don't have to move to the big city - just be willing to travel there periodically. For my are, the kids would go to New York for the agent.

OR, you could wait until you're old enough to audition for a reality show like American Idol or something like that. The main thing is to keep singing and developing as a performer. Keep taking dance and piano lessons too, so that when you get to be older you don't lose it. Take acting classes. They usually have these for teens. Are there any universities around where you live? Sometimes they have singing, dance, and acting classes for teens.  

Also, some people not only go to New York for the agent, but they travel there periodically for dance classes or acting classes - the level at which they cannot find at home.

Ask your teachers if they could help you do projects for Youtube, Myspace and other sites. That way it could be both a school project and personal advertising. Uploading your own videos with songs and poetry is one way to start getting your name out there, and it's never too early to get buzz!
