if you are referring to the "Email Forms" on Yahoo! Web Hosting's add-ons, the answer is NO. They are based on the old fashioned cgi-bin programming. The actual application is inside the host and you can't get to it.

Beware, this is an open gate for crawler bots - automatic spam generator - your inbox will be filled with garbage and you can't get any work done.

If you insist of doing it, you need to use different format - outside of Yahoo.
