How can I get rid of BIG pimples fast?

I'm not talking about the small little pimples..but about the big pimples..please help!!!

Put a dab of toothpaste on the zit and keep it on there for as long as possible.  If it drys completely, scrape it off and put on some fresh.  If you can sleep with a bandaid over it, that's awesome.  You MUST youse PASTE, not gel.  This soaks the oil out of the sit and helps to reduce the size quickly.  SOMETIMES you can acheive complete correction over night, but usually it takes two.  Don't smear paste all over your skin, keep it perfectly on the blemish, the paste may cause some redness if you have it on unblemished skin over night.

crush up some aspirin and put a little water in it just enough to make it a paste... that works pretty good...
