How can I get rid of Green Aphids on my Tangerine Tree?

I bought a house in Long Beach, CA that had a big Tangerine Tree which bears fruit every October. Few weeks ago, I found some tiny green Aphids on the Tree's leaves. Only new leaves which quickly turn to dead leaves, are infected. How can I get rid of those Aphids?

  1. get a box load of ladybugs.

    no poison, and  aphids are thier favorite prey
