Download SUPERAntiSpyware, unless of course you want to get rid of it manually.

Locate it in program files and delete it. heres how to do it>

right click your start menu button > explore > Navigate to Drive C:\    or   OS (C:)  at the very top > then open the "Program Files" Folder > then find the folder related to that antivirus and right click and delete that folder.

Either that or go to "Programs and features" in control panel

and go to "Uninstall a Program" and find the program you want to uninstall and right click it and uninstall.
