  1. Try Stretching. Cramps Are When Your Muscles Tightened Up And Stretching Loosens Them Up

    It'll go away eventually. Happens to me all the time.

  3. i think these are called stitches, it happens to everyone. I think it happens when you walk or run immediately after drinking something. to get rid of it just sit or lie down and relax for a couple minutes and you'll be fine. =)

  4. Eat something.  1300 calories a day is not enough for your muscles to function properly.

  5. When you get one you should sit down and relax till it goes away. Next time you should stretch and take it easy doing w/e it is thats giving you the cramp. You're doing too much too fast. You have to gradually go into something if your body isn't used to doing something.
