How can I get rid of an ingrown in the bikini area?

also if i dont touch the ingrown will it eventually come out on its own? if so how? if not how can i get it out easily, it is kind of deep in but i can still SEE the hair.

Try preparation H, the hemroid creme.  Sounds weird, but it works.

Have you ever removed a splinter?  Sterilize a sharp needle and just try to lift one end and then use pointed (cleaned with alcohol) tweezers to pull it out.
