I had a baby 17 months ago and I still have very little baby fat on my stomach. I don't go to the gym because I don't trust anybody with my son, so I stay at home all day. If you are going to say crunches or sit ups, do not reply. Crunches and sit ups are muscular work outs and they only create muscle over the fat, which makes it harder to lose it. Cardio is working with breaking a sweat which creates fat loss. But I can't do any of that because I have no machines. Running in place is too exasperating, and jumping jacks hurt my b*****s lol. I eat healthy, but I smoke too, but that helps lose weight in minor cases. Any help would be appreciated.
