How can I get rid of gnats?

My bathroom is filled w/ thousands of what I am being told are gnats. They are big tho I really don't think they are gnats they are between the size of a regular house fly and a gnat and are dark black and kinda fat. How can I get rid of them bleach down drains is not working. I can put a sticky fly trap up and it will be filled in 3 hours.

look up drain flies (moth flies) and see if that is what you have.  They can be an indication of a broken sewer line under the home  If this is the case the moisture issue will need to be fixed before the insects go away.

Call a pest control company and have someone check out your moisture level in and under your bathroom.   You may have a leak.   You also may have some mold problems.   Usually when you get insects of certain types in your house its because the moisture level under your house is too high and can lead to all kinds of unhealthy things.   It can also damage your house by causing the wood in the flooring to buckle.
