How can I get rid of hemorrhoids?

I had a baby 17 months ago and I still have hemorrhoids. I've Googled answers and have talked to people and I still can't seem to get rid of them. I had a doctor in a different state that was going to set me up with a meeting to get them surgically removed but then my Medicaid canceled and I moved out of the state. I would rather take an at home approach to subside or get rid of them because I fear going to the doctor, but that might be the only choice I have left. I've used creams, stool softeners (but I don't strain) and hot baths and nothing seems to work. Please help!!

You definitely have to find something that goes straight to the root of the problem. The creams and that kind of thing are not made to cure you and get rid of your hemorrhoids, but they’re job is to help relieve the pain.  Look for a good all natural solution that will eliminate the problem for you.
