  1. Hi,

I dont think so that TV and computer games affect someone's health. Its good to watch TV and play computer games as they make your mind sharp. But if you want to get rid of all these you can play outdoor games with friends.

    thanks !!

  2. Dear friend,

Its seems that you want to become a good one, you can't get rid of such things at a stretch of one day.

you can minimize such things day by day.

for example play games for 1 hr on monday and then 45 mins on next day then you may soon try to minimize ur addiction and try to read more books.

  3. i dont think it will affect your

If want tot get rid of it thats good

take any sport or game seriously try to excel in that.

  4. Yes, it does affect health adversely, just as any addiction does. For example, very long periods of computer games can cause sleeplessness.

It draws its power over you from tapping into the circuitry of the reward centres of the brain. It probably begins as fun, as a means of relaxing from stress. But now the circle is vicious – stress with it, stress without it.

Stopping this repetitive behaviour can break the addiction. You should first resolve the underlying stress (e.g., social or work issues) so the ‘need’ for it is lost. You also should  invest in activities that contribute more constructively to your mental and physical wellbeing (e.g., working with groups or joining a gym).

  5. I'm sorry to tell you that this really does have a negative effect on your eyes and brain especially. Here's where you can check the exact answers to this: http://www.myhealth-forum.com/
