  1. make sure you eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water

stay away from too much chocolate

and before bed at night, put some aftershave on your spots

it sounds strange, but it kills them immediately.

  2. I would start using a good product

"Microdermabrasion" for your blackheads (twice a week)

    "Clean Slate" facial cleaner

    "Balancing act" toner

and a good moisturizer "anti-aging" all these from "VB Cosmetics"

    you wil love the results

  3. never pick at your blemishes!!

it just makes them a lot worse and it takes longer to heal.

plus, you could be left with a horrid acne scar which could take months to heal or worse, be permanent.

i suggest using clean & clear advantage acne spot treatment.

just put some on your blemishes 2-3 times a day, and you'll start to see an improvement by the second day!

also, i suggest washing your face in the morning with st. ive's apricot cleanser and then using a scrub made out of 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey and 3 tablespoons of pure olive oil. it actually does miracles with your skin and helps get rid of acne! and then, at night, use clinique's 3 step skin care.

after doing that, my skin has been amazingly clear and it looks like i'm wearing powder and foundation when i'm actually not!

    i hope this helps. :)

  4. okay don't stress it's really simple :)

    1. find your skin type

    2. use products according to your skin type/skin condition. use the three step cleansers

this may seem really underinformative, but it's really that simple. i mean for #1, you don't want to have dry skin and use products for combination skin.. disaster!

all or most products in your local store should have something labeled on them like, "oily skin. dry skin. combination. sensitive skin" etc, so learn what they all are and when you find which one is for you it should be easy for you to select your desired product.

  5. biore pore strips on the nose and then a toner :)

bio-oil is great for evening skin tone but it depends on your skin and how it reacts to it~

a lot of foundation might make things worse as well. bb cream is a better alternative to regular foundation if you set it with some loose powder afterwards.

don't stress over it, it'll disappear in time :)

a scrub made from extra virgin olive oil, sugar and honey did wonders for my skin but it always depends on your own skin and how you take care of it~

  7. It gets worse because you pick and squeeze. I know from experience, whenever I pick at my skin, the next day it's always so much worse. But when I leave it alone, it heals in a few days. As a matter of fact, a few nights ago I squeezed a pore that looked clogged, and it ended up turning into a huge inflamed pimple. So just don't pick at your skin, wash your face with warm water, put the medicine on, and let it be.

  8. I'm an acne treatment expert and I must say Acne Free in 3 Days really seems to be one of the most respectable treatment on the market right now.

One of my readers found so much success with the program that he wrote this full review.

  9. Of course, my answer is to embrace it! It's you, you should enjoy it, looks aren't everything, etc.

But, of course they are, aren't they?

Don't use something that doesn't work.

But the products you use, should be used at least 2 weeks before deciding to throw them out.

My suggestion is go to a dermatologist and get her to prescribe something for you.

If you don't want to do that, go to a department store and ask an associate what product they think works the best, or talk to some friends.

Maybe it's the foundation you use, is it oily?

For the blackheads, while in the shower (make sure it's a hot shower), when your nose is really wet and steamed out, etc., take your fingernails and start at the base of your nose and push up towards the tip, since you nose is wet and hot, etc. they should come right out. For stubborn ones, use those Biore strips, but again only use them after a really hot shower.

    Good luck, eh.

  10. Here in Bromley in Kent there is a new skin shop. All you have to do is to go down there and get measured up for a new skin and they will supply and fit within a week. They will even dispose of the old one.

  11. I can help with the blackheads get "biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips" it works great on removing them. You can get them at any drug store.  Its awsome when you pull the stip off you can see all the blackheads stuck in the tape.

  12. Hi, I actually had a similar problem with spots and blackheads- my best find (and it actually works!) is Artistry's microdermabrasion system.  Its non-invasive, easy to use and I love it.  Also Artistry has a new product coming out today I think that helps to brighten skin.- all of the stuff they have works really well.  Hopefully it works for you!  I can now even go out with no makeup- which was not the case a while ago!

to get their stuff go to- www.csanders.qbeautyzone.com- (its a personal website bc the stuff is sold exclusively and can't be purchased in stores) click on women's skin care- then supplemental skin care- the micro system is down the list.  If you need any help or have questions feel free to ask!

  13.          Well if you go to sephora they have a lot of creams and stuff like that.   but i like to use a thing called Bosica its an entire line of treatments for your face.   I started using it last month and within a week my skin was so clear!!!  So i sugest you use that or ask a consultant at sephora :)   best of luck

  14. Try Noxema - Neutrogena sux.  I know from experience.

  15. make an apointment with your doctor and they can give you a roll on lotion that is brilliant! it gets rid of spots whithin about 2 weeks!

as for blackheads the neutragina visably clear range is really good, especialy theyre blackhead removing face pads :)

  16. First, you need to check if your skin might be irritable to the chemicals your using. I had the same problem with acne, i couldn't get rid of it! But then i found out that the chemical Silicic acid (mainly used to fight acne) was causing my skin to irritate even more.

Blackheads are usually just trapped dead skin cell's and body oil that build up. What i did was buy un-scented bacterial soap, i washed my face every morning and every night on a daily basis, 2 weeks into the process i saw my blackheads cleaning up.

Avoid using different products, stick to one. And remember that the process takes time, you probably won't see results until much later.

Avoid touching your face or rubbing it up against anything, people with acne and blackheads generally have sensitive skin that becomes irritated very easily by coming in contact with anything. And picking at them is a big NO NO!

Also, make sure the pillow you sleep on is always clean!!!
