How can I get rid of my birds?

We have a peach tree in my backyard, and every year we get a lot of birds that eat all the fruit. The year we tried using a tree net, the birds would get tangled up and die. We;ve also tried placing like, CD's in the tree.

Any ideas how we can keep birds out of the trees without harming them?

You can buy rubber snakes and owls, that should keep them away

you could pick all the fruit off the tree (idk if thats too hard). or you could put a bunch of scarecrows near the tree until they get scared because that is why they stay away from farmers' crops.

you need to have a birdfeeder in your yard. you should have several and place on them : seeds, nuts, and fruit.

if you have an alternative for the birds to eat, they would probably not eat your peach tree.
