I have with clothes on looked like I "snapped back" (besides my b***s being bigger) and even without clothes on, my stomach looks flat when I stand up or lie down, but when I sit down, all the flab comes together and forms like 2 big rolls and its gross. Before I got pregnant I had a tight naturally toned flat stomach with no flab. now my stomach looks "flat" but is flabby with loose skin. how can I get rid of this? this is my 1st child and shes a month old. I really want my old stomach back! any tips/ideas?

  1. Sorry, but there's nothing you can do to get rid of that naturally. It's loose skin.  I heard tummy tucks are resonably priced.

  2. You don't sound "fat" by any means, but it will definitely take work to get your pre-baby body back. Breastfeeding burns like 500 extra calories a day, so definitely do that. But don't start any exercise program until you get the clear at your 6 wk checkup w/ your doctor. Your uterus and v****a need time to heal. Then, start light with the exercises. Overdoing it at first can actually cause your weight to rebound.

  3. Thousands of moms world wide are asking this questions. No possible cure for it besides plastic surgery.

  4. Time and toning exercises may help in the long term. The only quick fix is surgery. It will probably never be like it was, but it should get better if you work at it.
