How can I get rid of my puffy nipples?Pictures included?

Im a 15 year old ,6'1'',217 pound teen that has a bit of a problem.I've had puffy nipples ever since I was 12.It all began when they got really swollen and they hurt when i touched them,only know they dont hurt and they arent swollen anymore.I also have slight man b***s,but I also have a very muscular chest.My real concern is that I want to get rid of my puffy nipples because they have lowered myself esteem.I've also tried exercises but the reduced all the fat in my body except the one in my chest.Please does anyone have any advice or pills i can take to get rid of them?thanks

The puffiness you are referring to is typically related to hormones. Often when men are going through puberty happens. It most surely will resolve on its own after some time.
