How can I get rid of my summer sleeping pattern?

I'm 18 and this summer I stayed up until about 3am and woke up around 12pm, but now that school started I can't sleep like this anymore. So how can I fix it?

  1. This is something you will probably need to do gradually try going to bed an hour earlier each night and eventually you will get back into your routine. Good luck


  2. You can go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6!
