  1. I have darker circles under my eyes as well. I have allergies, so that might be the case with you. It is very easy to conceal these. Cover up works really great, so you can try that.

Also, an eye brighter instantly lifts the eyes. There is this great on you can buy from Sephora called Miss Popularity (about $18) that you can use. There are other brighteners there you can get and it really works. Apply under the eye, under the brow line and right in the tearduct. It gives a beautiful shimmer too and looks great with mascara!

  2. I have the same problem!  Ever since I was 5.  It's genetic, sorry to tell ya.  You will always have that.  You have some options of minimizing it, however.

    1.  Get as much sleep as possible.  But only enough to feel well rested!  Too much sleep will sabotage your efforts and give you baggy eyes.

    2.  Use concealer.  But, unlike what everyone else says, put on your foundation first, then put on the concealer.  Lightly dot it on underneath and blend with your middle finger.  Make sure to get the inside corners of your eyes too, where the crevices are between your nose and eyes.

    3.  Use Oil of Olay dark eye minimizer.  Only use oil of olay, or expensive products, the cheap stuff sucks.  Oil of Olay is top of the line and works, but you have to use it all the time.

    4.  Try to ice your eyes- put a cold compress or ice on your circles, this helps minimize them (this only works for about a half hour.)

I've exhausted all efforts, but I've learned overall learn to love yourself.  Sure, you have dark circles, but I bet you have other traits that are very cute and other people would gladly trade with you.

Just try to play up the cute features, and downplay the negative with makeup.

I hope this helps, and I totally feel for you!
