How can I get rid of newspaper print that's on my T-Shirt?

its seems that it got on because someone ironed with a newspaper underneath...the print is on the white part of the shirt

You can try rubbing alcohol but since it was ironed it might be heat set. If the alcohol doesn't work then isolate the stain over a plastic cup and pour diluted bleach over it.
