  1. I found this recipe for a scrub and it takes a pack of oatmeal, water,a couple of squirts of lotion, and olive oil. mix it all together and it should be really runny and let it soak on your body while you are in the shower and when you get out use like a foot scrubber or something rough and scrub it off

  2. well. use a body scrub. that will help. but be gentle. and put aloe vera on it and that will help too with the sunburn (the skin peeling).

  3. go to a local makeup specialist

but ide agree with the people who said scrubs. get a scrub with lots of exfoliating beads to get rid of the dry, excess layer. dont want you breaking out with pimples when its wedding time! try and get one that moisturizes. then get a deep moisterizer. or try a deep moisturizing face mask. and get moisturzing body soap for the in the shower and lotion for when your dry.

  4. if your peeling on ur face (this helped me) i used a facial scrub. it scrubed off all the dead skin. lol. good luck!  (:

  5. just rub a bath sponge on it gently and itll all peel

  6. aleo vera

  7. You use aloe vera. And if you have on your face you can peel it too. But it might not be even, the best thing to do is wait it out and apply a lot of aloe vera!

  8. MOISTURIZE!!

  9. scrub it off in the shower.

  10. I'd use a gentle scrub, and take it easy on the hot showers.  To prevent yourself from peeling, take lukewarm (though I prefer cold) showers, and use aloe on the part that is burned/likely to peel while it is still wet.  That helps to trap moisture in your skin and keep you from peeling.  Avoid hot water and further sun exposure--A cold bath probably wouldn't hurt either.

  11. lol this happened to me yesterday just scrub a dub dub (but not too hard cuz thatll cause rashes

  12. Moisturize! Use lots of lotion with aleo. Scrub down in the shower gently, you don't want your skin getting even more red.

I have 4 weeks until my wedding..Good Luck!

  13. It might hurt but gently exfoliate the peelies and then moisturize

  14. Aloe Vera and Moisturizer, the best Aloe Vera comes directly from the plant, buy a small plant cut the leaves open and squeeze the juice out onto the burnt skin.

  15. Try some rough soap with a loufa then use mouisturizer.

make sure its a really rough loufa
