Question:

How can I get rid of the fat under my chin?

i don't have a double chin, but my profile isn't as nice as it could be. how can I fix this?

  1. Is it mostly a skin issue? You could work on the elasticity of this area by massaging moisturising lotions into your skin and then gently stretching you jaw forward and up so that the skin is taut, and then relaxing, and repeating. I had a bit ot faux double-chinnage after I lost weight quickly, and giving some time and love to this neglected area really paid off. It's a good massage for your glands as well, which helps them to function.

    start rubbing under your chin,, squeezing ... not hard !

    playing around with it ..

    which should help break it down . and get rid of it !

  3. if you lower the amount of fat on the rest of your body, your face/chin should also decrease in fat

  4. The only thing that worked for me was exercising and eating better to reduce my overall weight. I lost about 10 pounds. Chin tightened right up!

  6. I don't know, but I'm gonna be looking at these answers with ya. I hear it's hard to do, considering you can't really exercise your chin. I hear you have to lose wait all around to lose some on your face. Good luck.
