Question:

How can I get rid of these handles?

I have huge hips. Like, 40 inches. I also have love handles that are a little bigger than my hips. When I wear pants, I have a muffin top. But, when I take off my pants I still have a muffin top. It looks like I have 2 sets of hips. How can I make my love handles go away?

  1. I would try some yoga, then try some belly dancing and Hawaiian Hula dancing, they are really good for the whole body and are alot of fun.and you meet a lot of people in he same situation you are in. Good Luck


  2. exercise and diet.  Really just set up a time of day where you'll run or jog for as long as you can or at least 30 min to and hour and actually follow through with it, then eat your three meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner(preferably homemade), and try to keep off the in between snacks.

  3. Love handles are, in themselves, fat. The only way to lose them is to burn off your overall body fat, which means burning off more calories than you consume. You can do this either by 1) eating less 2) exercising more or 3) a combination of both (it's also the most effective).

    Despite what anyone tells you, unfortunately, you CANNOT spot reduce which areas you would like to burn fat. So, no matter how many hip exercises you do, your love handles will not go away until you burn off the excess fat via cardio.

    Also, keep in mind: each person's body is different when it comes to where they lose fat first. Generally, if it's the first place you gain, it will be the last place you'll lose it, and vice versa.
