How can I get rid of this rash near my neck?

I really don't know how I get it, but it's been 3 months now since i've had it. I tried cortisone and anti fungal cream, but neither one them worked.

The Rash is pinkish-light brown color, the size of my palm. It is on my upper chest, near my neck.

Please help me get rid of it, people keep askin me about it...

Go see a dermatologist or go to your local Walgreen's and visit their minute clinic (only around $75). Obviously, you need to see a doctor.
