How can I get rid of this sort of rash on my face?

Hi.I am in 7th grade and have this sort of rash on my face for maybe 4 months.There are varies lite red circles on my face.They are fading away because I have been using this Tea-tree soap bar but I don't think it will so the trick.If you know of any creams that will get rid of somewhat type of rash.Please give your opinion and product of choice.
