Try a Havahart trap baited with bacon. Release the weasel at least 10 miles away.

If you have no small pets, you might try living with it. A weasel will keep your house mouse-free.

get a trap from you local humane society...bait it with something yummy...catch it and them put it outside and make sure if it gain entry through a hole somewhere, that you block it off before releasing it outside. (so it does not get back in)

the weasel may be in the house if you have a mouse problem especially if you live in the country.Pick up a live trap from your local Canadian Tire store {if in Canada}if not than a Home Depot any raw meat can be used chicken livers have worked well for me leave a few around for it to feed on ,box the trap in so it cannot set the trap off from the side.Once caught remove to a good distance away from your home,a weasel is very unlikely to have rabies.If your not worried about a live release than use a RAT trap with the raw meat on the trigger

We recently had trouble with a mink (very similar to weasel) in our chicken house.  It was killing my chickens so the mink had to go.  We set several traps, including 3 of the live traps for weeks and nothing.  Then talked to someone who suggested that the live traps needed to be covered as the mink would not go in a trap where he could see through it.  So we took a rubbermaid bin and cut a hole in it so that it covered the trap most of the way.  We baited the trap with sardines and within 2 days, we had a mink.

Actually most areas have an animal control officer you can call, they will come and remove it. If your unsure call your local police.
