How can I get sick on purpose?

Would not sleeping for a few days do it? What about taking a laxitive? Please no go outside in the cold because it is summer.

take a cold bath not shower when you bath tub is ful fill it with 5 cartons of ice and stay in for 3-5 minutes and dunk your head in the water too or else it wont work. do not dry yourself and go right to your bed for wormth and do not eat anything. Then you will most lickely get sick but do not stay in the tub too long because you could get Hypothermia.
