  1. go to the gym or jog around the block and drink water and i no u might think this is nasty to drink but drink it anyway tomato juice it helps

  2. your probably one of those few girls that have asked for adviceinsteadd of starvingthemselvess and end up looking illI'mm one of them,

once i put all my weight back on i ended up beingbiggerr than what i was but the way i got skinnier was byexercisingg and eating healthy,

i dance once a week , walk somewhereever dayy and to tone my stomach i do 60 crunches at night,

ie at three main meals a day and snack in between normallyyogurtt or fruit and the oddchoc latee biscuit never doesany harmm,

exercisee and healthy eating is the way to do it,.

  3. cut down calories and run 4 miles a day

  4. It's not hard unless there is some genetic thing going against you.

    1. Eat less fat (reduce fatty desserts or sub for healthier ones such as soy based)

    2. Eat more fruits and veggies.

    3. If you drink milk, switch to low fat soy - dairy milk is fatty - even 1%. Water is best (purified). No need to flood your system, about 6-8 glasses day is the gov suggestion.

    4. Eliminate all fast food, fried foods, hamburgers, cheese - (the high fat foods).

    5. Tuna (all white fish) is a good protein substitute - sub soy based mayo for dairy based mayo. Generally start subbing fattier foods for lower fat foods. You can eat basically the same, and you will be reducing your fat intake.

    6. Watch salt consumption - high salt is bad for the heart, and you will retain water weight more.

    7. Never eat high starch, high protein, or fats, or desserts, within 2 hrs before bed. If you eat red meat avoid 4-5 hrs before bed. Why? All those fat calories will not burn off in your sleep and will store as fat, and is disruptive to the sleep cycle. The digestive system would be on overload when you body need to rest and recoup. What can you eat? Fruit fruit fruit. ez to digest, 70-80% water based foods won't impact sleep cycle. No one ever got fat from eating apples, oranges, watermelon, cantaloupes, etc.

    8. Eating a healthy salad daily or more often - even just a side salad 2x day (no croutons, no dairy-based dressings) is great - all high water rich foods.

    9. Exercise exercise exercise - cardio - running, treadmill (1 hour day. Aerobics, palates).

    10. Always best to talk to a MD before making major shifts to a diet or exercise program.

Keep in mind that when you stop exercising and go back to eating the old way, you are more likely to not only gain all the weight back, but additional weight.

  5. Start simple, pick healthier choices when eating. Insteadd of the double cheese, frys and a large coke at McD's, try a salad and a diet coke.

Insted of watching TV all night, try riding a bike around a neighborhood, or on a trail.

The biggest problem for most people is they KNOW what it takes to lose weight, they just try to become Lance Armstrong overnight.
