How can I get some stains out of a white shirt?

I don't know what the stains are, but they don't seem to come out. Tried washing it with bleach and zout (a stain remover) but it was unsuccessful.

Spray the stains with peroxide or lemon juice and then put them out to hang in the sun. It will naturally bleach out the stains. Then wash as ususal.
