How can I get somebody's flight records (without a subpoena?)?

If I call the airline and lie about who I am, will they tell me if they had a passenger fly with them and on what date and what flight numbers and who paid for it????

For one, why lie?  What is that going to do to help you with getting this information?  Secondly, why do you need this information?  Lastly, no, this information will not be given out.
