How can I get someone to live in my house until it sells?

I know there is a service that will house people in my home to keep it show ready since we will no longer be there while we are selling it. What is the name of this service and some providers. Thanks!

Make two separate ads - one for sale and one for rent.  Then post them on http://www.iHomeConnect.com

You can go to your city hall and request a renters license and do a month to month lease with someone.  That way when you sell.. they will have to go.  Good luck!
