How can I get songs from my friends i pod to go on my iTunes?

my friend has some good songs that i want. how can I get those songs onto my own iTunes ?

have them make a cd from their itunes and you can rip that cd to your itunes

You have to go in the Ipod as if it were a folder. I gave you a link to a video that walks you through this. FYI, the music purchased on Itunes will need the purchaser to enter their user name and password authorizing your comp to play that music.
