  1. sometimes you can get a clean brick and pound it until it's thin, slightly grounded and twarped looking.

    it works

  2. Marinate them in an acidic marinade. The tougher the cut, the longer you leave it. Otherwise, try to start with a better,

more tender cut. I like ribeyes, unless I'm going to cut the cooked meat into strips for a salad or something.

  3. I marinate mine in italian dressing...fro better cuts of meat, I make sure I don't over cook them. You can also use a meat mallet to tenderize them.

  4. They make meat tenderizer - you can find it on the spice aisle.  Or you can buy a meat "mallet" tenderizer - it's basically just a metal hammer that you use to bash the h**l out of it prior to cooking.  Ideally, though - the right cut of meat, cooked properly, won't need to be tenderized at all.

  5. You can use either meat tenderizer or marinate the meat in lime juice,  and your choice of seasonings.

  6. Just cook them slow and easy.  And good quality cuts.

  7. Cook them on low heat for a couple hours - this makes meat more tender than cooking it fast on high heat.
