Height: 5'8' and still growing

Bust: 31

Waist: 24

Hips: 35 1/2

I'm almost there. I eat extremely healthy. Fresh foods only and lots of small portions throughout the day. 200 sit ups everyday 50 lunges everyday and I run A LOT (cross country team) I'm having a really hard time getting down to 34 hips any advice?

I want to start a modeling career by February.

  1. I also want to be a model, but I am a male. Just keep doing what you are doing. Drink a lot of water. It will help keep your face clear and it keeps your body very healthy.


  2. Keep doing what your doing.

  3. Do not do so many lunges.

    You are building up muscle, when what you should be doing is slimming down.

    Keep running, doing crunches and eating right though.

    You will get there soon.

    Your measurements are good, btw.

    Just the hips, as you know.
