How can I get the Basement smell out of my basement?

I just recently purchased a house and I dont know what to use to get that scent out my basement...Please Help ME!!!!

Baking soda and /or vinegar are two of the cheapest and effective thing s to absorb oders that you will ever find.

Set out shallow containers with either (not mixed together) around the basement.  Also, both are excellent cleaners.  Google them, hundreds of uses.

Well if there is a window in there you would need to first air it out. If no window just wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. If just the area then you would need to try insence. alot of the same smell everywhere. Burn smell good candles with the basement door wide open. Mainly i would say wipe thngs down, spray walls with disinfectants. There are a couple of things here to try. Good luck
