How can I get the Drop Dead Clothing website to show up in a size in where the whole page is viewable?

When I enter the page Is zoomed in and when I zoom out is goes too far. Does anybody know how to view it?

Please no stupid answers.

Probably your best bet is to change your screen resolution.  Do this by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Display.  Then click on the "Settings" tab, and use the slider to move your resolution to at least 1024 x 768.  Hopefully, your graphics card will allow you to increase it to at least this resolution.  Honestly, it's a poorly designed site if you have to do that.  This is why flash websites are horrible.
