  1. Yes you can. depends on for what purpose.

    For statistical reasons, you can install page trackers on your web page. "Google Analytics" is one of them thats free. It sometimes gives you the IP address and sometimes more detailed information such as Country, City and ISP.

    For security audits (e.g. to track down malicious users) you need access to server logs. Usually your hosting provider saves a log of each requested page, request time and ip address. This log is available either directly (inside the logs, weblog or similar named directories inside your ftp root) or indirectly (e.g. through your website control panel or by contacting the ISP)

    Its usually easy to locate the requests made on a particular date and time. When you have the ip, you can go to http://www.whois.sc and use the IP address to trace it. This site can tell you the IPs country, city and Company/ISP (if available).


  2. This information is in the access log files on your web server. Whether you can access these, and how it would be done, depends on where your website is hosted and how it is configured.
