How can I get the wedding cake I want made?

I am having a country-western wedding and found the perfect cake but it's made in Arizona and the wedding is in FL. I have searched websites of FL bakeries and don't see anything like it. Do I send a pic of it to one of the bakeries and ask if they can do it??? The wedding is in a year so they will have time to perfect it. (Possibly). Any ideas how this works? Below is the website that has the cake. It is the third cake up from the bottom center (Brown leather looking). I tried to past the pic but couldn't. Thanks!!

Yep. That is what you do. Get a good picture, all sides if you need and present it to the Bakery and let them guide you from there.

Great picture of it. It looks pretty simple without too much detail that a professional baker would mess up.

That is exactly what I am doing. I found a picture of a cake I liked on The Knot and sent the picture to a baker where I am getting married at. He is going to design a cake like it for my wedding.

Draw it all out and show it. Get a perfessional to do it. Yes send a pic. Keep looking for a bakery maybe even in a close state besides FL. Hope I helped.

Since the wedding is in Fl. I am assuming you have family or friends there; will they make a copy of the picture of the cake with the size needed,etc.,and do the initial legwork for you?
