How can we find out the telephone number of the landlord next door?

We have a nasty neighbour, and we've tried the council etc, but she realises when they come round to listen to her and she's really quiet.

We know the name of the tenant, the address, and we've got the land registry search. So we have the name of the owner. Unfortunately how can we get his telepohone number? It's not in the phonebook.

enter the address on the internet, you can either type it directly into google or try a website like http://whitepages.com

also, you can go down to your town's court house and look for the records for who owns the deed of the building if that does not work. if you ask someone working there, they will be happy to help.
