it seems impossible to find anything that is not hugely inflated above the list price. agencies seem to be quoting £250-£350 for wales/england in cardiff, for example.

Wait too long, since all tickets would have been sold and you would have to buy it on the black market at almost three times the price.

Alternatively, buy a satelite decoder and watch the rugby on your TV.  This will be the least expensive option of all and you can determine how you sit, where you sit, how many drinks you want to have, etc.
