I need to take the train to the George C Page Museum and La Brea Tar Pits at 5801 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, but the Metrolink site is down and I can't see what train to take from Union Station. If anyone is familiar with it and could guide me I would appreciate it.

  1. There won't be a direct train to the La Brea Tar Pits, that's for sure.

You can get close on one of the metro lines, but you'll have to take a bus or ride a bike the rest of the way.

  2. From Union Station you can take the Purple line to the end of the line at Wilshire & Western.  That's only about the 3700 block of Wilshire though.  From there you can take a bus.  The 720 or 920 both go right down Wilshire to La Brea.

  3. Take Metro purple line subway from Union Station to Wilshire/Western.  From there, take Metro bus 20 and get off at WILSHIRE/CURSON.
