  1. Any city municipality that recycles provides recycling bins for free. I'd check your city/town hall and see if it is provided.

You can also purchase bins online. One of the most prominent websites is http://www.recyclingbin.com . Or if you just search "buy recycling bins" on Google, there are multiple results

  2. you can actually by them from menards or home depot

    http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stor...

  3. Steal Them (Kindly Borrow Of Your Neighbour)

    :D

    Good Luck!

  4. I don't know where some of you ppl are but in my city they are not free, they cost $7.00 each.

The guys are pretty good about picking things up that are beside the bin, such as paper, in a paper bag, cardboard stacked together.

You could put all the returnables in a bag beside the BIN and someone will most likely retrieve it to redeem the returnables.

I also nest like items inside each other, that saves a lot of room. ie: plastic deli containers, plastic iced coffee cups (I put them together, leave one straw in the main cup cover, then each cover after that get slid down the straw, that way they don't fall all over the place).

If you have the time, you can flatten the metal cans and plastic jugs that are not returnable.

I've seen containers other than standard  issue recycle bins used, such as: plastic storage bins, totes, laundry baskets and cardboard boxes.

  5. Go to city hall and ask them

  6. contact your local government

  7. call the local recyle office and request them.

  8. There are no free recycling bin but you could make one.

You could clean the one of trash can in house. Then paint one box with blue paint which will be recycling cans for bottles without plastic cap/lids.

Also, you could put hole in lid to indicate bottles, cans only.

For paper, you could use unused cardbox which could be paper bin.

  9. buy more recycling bins.

and good job going green! (:
